Folder "KURULTAY"

The “KURULTAY” folder was created not as just another accessory, but as part of a major historical event.

In 2016, Kyrgyzstan hosted the World Festival of Kyrgyz Youth for the first time, attended by participants from all over the world:

from Europe, Turkey, the USA, Russia, Kazakhstan, and dozens of other countries.

The festival became a symbol of unity, intergenerational dialogue, and shared cultural identity.

Specially for this anniversary event, the KIYIZGROUP workshop created unique merchandise — the “KURULTAY” folder.

We wanted to present a product that would embody:

• Kyrgyz spirit,

• modern style,

• minimalist aesthetics,

• emotional value.

Each folder was handcrafted, featuring festival symbols and ethnic elements inspired by the tradition of the kurultai — an assembly where the most important decisions of the people are made.

Festival participants were impressed — the folder became not just a souvenir, but a significant item that many still keep to this day.

It became a reminder of meetings, new connections, community, and pride in one's roots.

Today, the “KURULTAY” folder is available in an updated version:

stylish, durable, functional — yet still filled with cultural meaning.

It is perfectly suited for events, forums, corporate gifts, and official documentation.

It is not just a folder.
