Carpet store chain in the south of Kyrgyzstan · Osh, Kyrgyzstan

Brief
The founder of KILEM MEKEN wanted to move away from standard paper invitations and create an unusual product that would immediately convey the brand's specialization. The invitation had to spark interest even before opening, reflect the texture and aesthetics of a carpet, look presentable, and be kept by the guest after the event. A separate task was to develop a special protective case in the corporate colors of KILEM MEKEN.
Solution
The KIYIZGROUP team proposed turning the invitation itself into a miniature version of the client's main product — a carpet. For the front part, an image of a classic carpet pattern with a distinct central composition and a decorative border was chosen. The image was applied to a textile base, and real fringe was added to the short sides. Thanks to this, the invitation did not just depict a carpet, but visually and tactilely replicated its main features. For each invitation, an individual case-envelope made of dark blue felt was developed. The KILEM MEKEN logo was applied to the flap. The case was complemented by a metal snap button and a decorative golden tassel pendant with a metal tip. The color of the case, the golden tassel, and the carpet pattern formed a cohesive premium composition. The recipient first saw the branded packaging, and upon opening it, discovered an invitation in the form of a miniature carpet inside. The invitation replicates the brand's main product Paper medium replaced by a tactile textile object Real fringe enhances the resemblance to a carpet The case is designed as part of the overall concept, not as ordinary packaging The shape of the flap resembles an envelope for a personal message Golden tassel supports the aesthetics of a traditional carpet The invitation can be kept as a souvenir after the event The product functions simultaneously as an invitation, a brand sample, and a commemorative object
Outcome
For the opening of the KILEM MEKEN store, a series of 50 exclusive invitations was produced. Each set consisted of a miniature textile carpet with fringe and a custom felt case with the client's logo. The concept allowed the company's specialization to be presented even before visiting the store. Instead of a disposable paper invitation, guests received a full-fledged branded object that could be kept after the event. The project demonstrated how KIYIZGROUP can transform standard communication material into a physical extension of the product and brand philosophy.
