Folders in the shape of a Kyrgyz yurt for the diaspora meeting in Milan

Brief

To create a functional folder for participants of the international meeting of Kyrgyz diasporas, which would not look like standard conference products, but immediately convey the cultural identity of Kyrgyzstan.

Solution

The KIYIZGROUP team developed an original folder made of light eco-felt, the silhouette of which resembles a Kyrgyz yurt. The upper part of the structure was made in the shape of a roof and supplemented with a built-in handle, making the folder convenient to carry and use during the forum. The front side features the name of the meeting, the date and venue, as well as the logos of the organizers and partners. The minimalist color scheme maintained the official nature of the event, while the non-standard shape turned an ordinary document folder into a memorable cultural object.

Outcome

For the event, 60 folders were made, which were received by participants of the meeting of Kyrgyz diasporas in Milan. The project became one of the first notable cases of distributing KIYIZGROUP products in Italy and showed how the cultural image of Kyrgyzstan can be integrated into a modern and functional business accessory.
