Document portfolios with a strap

Brief

Develop functional folders for materials of participants of an important national-scale event. The products had to correspond to the visual style of the forum, convey the national character of the project, and be convenient for use during the business program.

Solution

KIYIZGROUP manufactured portfolio folders from felt and dense wear-resistant felt. The main part was decorated with Kyrgyz ornaments in a blue color scheme, and the structure was supplemented with leather elements, metal fittings, carabiners, and a detachable strap. Sublimation and DTF printing were used to reproduce graphics and branding. The parts were laser-cut, after which each item was assembled by hand.

Outcome

A batch of 200 folders was completed and handed over to the client on November 10, 2023 — before the forum began. The folders were used by event participants as practical document holders and simultaneously became part of its unified visual design.
