A4 document folders

Brief

Develop convenient and lightweight folders for participants of the first European forum of women from Kyrgyzstan. The products had to accommodate A4 documents, be suitable for use during the event, and accurately convey the visual identity of the forum.

Solution

We developed a folder made of light eco-felt with a convenient built-in handle and a compartment for A4 documents. We applied the forum name, its symbols, and the organizers' logos to the front side. KIYIZGROUP produced the entire print run free of charge as social support for the initiative of the Danaker association and the Kyrgyz women's community in Europe.

Outcome

For the forum, we produced 100 fully branded folders. Participants received a practical accessory for storing event materials, which also became a commemorative item featuring the symbols of the first forum. The project supported an international initiative of Kyrgyz women and showcased KIYIZGROUP products in Poland.
