Brief

Develop a unified set of practical business accessories for international forum participants, combining the symbols of the National Olympic Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Olympic Council of Asia.

Solution

The workshop developed a set of four items: a laptop bag with handles and a shoulder strap, a wallet, a business card holder, and a keychain. All items were made in a uniform gray color and personalized with the forum's symbols. In 2018, the workshop did not yet have laser cutting equipment, so each part was cut by hand. Preparing the elements, aligning the parts, installing zippers and hardware, applying the symbols, and final assembly required a significant amount of manual labor.

Outcome

70 complete sets were produced and presented to international guests of the forum in Bishkek. This order became one of the first major protocol projects of KIYIZGROUP and showed that the workshop could fulfill complex batch orders even before the advent of modern laser equipment.
