Eco-shoppers with Kyrgyz ornaments for the Women’s Business Forum in Berlin

Brief

Danaker Association required the production of 150 special tote bags for participants of the international women's business forum in Berlin. The item had to be reusable, made of eco-friendly textile material, and correspond to the visual style of the event. It was important to combine the modern identity of the forum with the cultural code of Kyrgyzstan.

Solution

The KIYIZGROUP team developed the design of a reusable shopper bag made of dense calico. Each item was individually cut, sewn, and assembled in the workshop. The Danaker Association logo, the KIYIZGROUP logo, and the main event slogan — «YOU ARE EMPOWERED WITH US» — were applied to the front of the shopper using DTF printing. The main visual feature was the side panels made of felt with Kyrgyz ornaments. The ornaments were adapted to the color palette and style of the forum, and then applied using sublimation printing. As a result, the national elements became part of the product's structure rather than a separate decorative print on the front side.

Outcome

For the Women’s Business Forum, we produced a series of 150 branded shoppers. The finished products were used by participants directly during the event in Berlin. The shopper combined the practicality of a reusable textile bag, the modern identity of the forum, and recognizable Kyrgyz ornaments. The project became an international case for KIYIZGROUP: the product was designed and manufactured in Kyrgyzstan for an organization from Poland and presented at an event in Germany.
