Brief

The Kyrgyzstan delegation required an official gift to present to the host representative in China. The gift had to be personal, presentable, and meet the high standards of an international business event. The item needed to combine the China–Eurasia Expo branding, the name of the Kyrgyzstan organization, and a recognizable cultural code of Kyrgyzstan. A separate requirement was gift packaging capable of protecting the panel during transport from Osh to China and ensuring a dignified presentation during the official ceremony.

Solution

The masters of KIYIZGROUP have developed a unique author's panel in a vertical format. The composition is based on a light surface of felt and wool, on which the colorful logo of China–Eurasia Expo was placed. In the lower part, the English name of the Kyrgyz side was applied — Entrepreneur’s Union of Kyrgyzstan. This made it possible to immediately indicate on behalf of which organization and country the gift is presented. The upper and lower parts of the panel were complemented by voluminous geometric elements cut by laser. Their rhythm resembles elements of traditional Kyrgyz ornament and simultaneously supports the modern architectural style of the international exhibition. All layers were precisely aligned and manually assembled using a special adhesive. For safe international transportation, the panel was prepared in individual gift packaging.

Outcome

The unique author's panel was delivered from Osh to China and presented to the representative of the host party on behalf of the Kyrgyzstan delegation during a special event at the China–Eurasia Expo. The photograph captures the moment of the official presentation on the main stage: representatives of both sides jointly demonstrate the gift to the participants and the press. The panel became not just a souvenir, but a visual message from the business community of Kyrgyzstan and a presentation of the capabilities of Kyrgyz design and production on an international platform. Based on the photograph, it can be correctly stated that the presentation took place in a warm and solemn atmosphere. However, one should not frame the emotions of the people in the picture as a direct testimonial without their words.
