Author's folders and badges for the Central Asian Internet Forum in Astana

Brief

By order of an advertising agency, KIYIZGROUP was required to produce over 200 sets for participants of a high-level international forum. The set was to include an original folder for working materials and a participant badge. Products had to comply with the official identity of the event, look presentable, and ensure convenient work for participants with the program, documents, and handouts during the two-day forum.

Solution

The KIYIZGROUP team produced a custom folder specifically for CAIGF 2022. This was not an adaptation of a ready-made model from the catalog: the construction, shape of the details, color combination, and placement of inscriptions were prepared for the event's corporate identity. The base was made in a light color and complemented by a contrasting blue geometric detail, which simultaneously became the cover and the main visual accent. The full name of the forum in English was placed on it: The 6th Central Asia Internet Governance Forum 2022 — Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. The structural elements were connected with neat stitching, and a metal button was used for fixation. The geometric lines on the light part of the folder continued the visual language of the forum. Additionally, badges and lanyards were produced for the participants. Their design was executed in the same white-and-blue style, thanks to which the folder and the badge were perceived as a single set for the event.

Outcome

For the international forum, more than 200 sets were produced, including an original conference folder and a participant badge. The products were used directly during registration and the business program of CAIGF 2022 in Astana. Photos from the venue confirm that the folders were distributed to participants and became part of the visual design of the event. The project demonstrated the ability of KIYIZGROUP to produce large series of non-standard textile products for international forums and official events.
